Cancellation Policies
Airline Cancellation Policy:
  • All cancellation and date change of Air tickets is based on the airline policy and will be shared at the time of the requirement.
Land Part Cancellation Policy:
  • If cancellation is made any time more than 30 days prior to departure,Rs.10,000 per person will be Charged
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 15 to 0 day prior to departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
KINDLY NOTE BELOW THINGS REQUIRED FOR VISA PURPOSES :
  • Passport valid till 06 Months from the date of return.
VERGLO TRAVEL Cancellation Charges:
  • INR 5000/- per Adult / Child ( In case of 2 to 6 Travellers )
  • Incase of Group Bookings ( i.e. 6 or more Travellers ), Cancellation charges will be at the sole discretion of VERGLO TRAVEL SERVICES
Visa Cancellation Charges (If any):
  • Non Refundable and Non Changeable
  • Note: VERGLO TRAVEL SERVICES is not responsible for any visa rejection, visa delay etc as it is all subject to embassy jurisdiction. Please provide all the documents required for visa on time (VERGLO TRAVEL SERVICES team will be share the same). If You fail to provide on time we will not be responsible.

  • Kindly transfer all your payments as per the schedule mentioned in the invoice or inform us if you fail to do so. Our system is so advanced that the booking will automatically get released if no update from your side. Re-Booking charges may apply and will be as per the company policy.
  • If you still want to cancel your booking then cancellation charges will apply as mentioned above for the respective issued services along with VERGLO TRAVEL SERVICES cancellation charges. Any verbal conversations regarding the trip/package will be considered null & void. Only written communications over mail or whats app confirmation will be accepted.
