A Singapore visa is not an immigration pass. It is a pre-entry permission for the holder of a valid Singapore visa to travel to, and seek entry, into Singapore. The grant of an immigration pass will be determined by the ICA officers at the point of entry. Possession of a valid visa alone does not guarantee entry into Singapore.

The period of stay granted is shown on the visit pass endorsement given on your passport and it is not tied to the validity of your visa.


Requirements:

1. Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel.

2. Completely filled and signed visa application form 14A.Return Ticket itinerary / traveling dates to mention in the form alongwith personal contact number.

3. 2 latest passport size white background photographs with 70 % face area on the semi-matt paper and completely visible ears and forehead *.

4. Covering letter on the company’s letterhead stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel with the accompanying applicant's passport details.

5. Applicants latest personal bank statement with an available balance of INR 1 Lac (if single applicant).


Photograph Specification:

Recent coloured passport size photograph of 35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border and taken within the last 3 months; taken full facewithout headgear, unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with his/her religious or racial custom but the headgear must not hide the applicant's features. The facial image must be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown; taken against a plain white background with matt or semi-matt finish.) Please note that scanned or unclear photographs will not be accepted and kindly ensure that your form is properly completed. Any incomplete submission or false declaration will result in the application being rejected..

VISA Process:

1. Courier all documents and passport to Visa Processing Branch (Pick and Drop also available in same city)
2. Passports will be couriered back to your location.

Cancellation Policies

Airline Cancellation Policy:

• All cancellation and date change of Air tickets is based on the airline policy and will be shared at the time of the requirement.

Land Part Cancellation Policy:

• If cancellation is made any time more than 30 days prior to departure,Rs.10,000 per person will be Charged
• If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost shall be deducted.
• If cancellation is made 15 to 0 day prior to departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.

KINDLY NOTE BELOW THINGS REQUIRED FOR VISA PURPOSES :

• Passport valid till 06 Months from the date of return.

VERGLO TRAVEL Cancellation Charges:

• INR 5000/- per Adult / Child ( In case of 2 to 6 Travellers )
• Incase of Group Bookings ( i.e. 6 or more Travellers ), Cancellation charges will be at the sole discretion of VERGLO TRAVEL SERVICES

Visa Cancellation Charges (If any):

• Non Refundable and Non Changeable

Please provide all the documents required for visa on time (VERGLO TRAVEL SERVICES team will be share the same). If You fail to provide on time we will not be responsible.

Most Important Note:

• Kindly transfer all your payments as per the schedule mentioned in the invoice or inform us if you fail to do so. Our system is so advanced that the booking will automatically get released if no update from your side. Re-Booking charges may apply and will be as per the company policy.
• If you still want to cancel your booking then cancellation charges will apply as mentioned above for the respective issued services along with VERGLO TRAVEL SERVICES cancellation charges. Any verbal conversations regarding the trip/package will be considered null & void. Only written communications over mail or whats app confirmation will be accepted.
